Join the RUW excursion to find out! We will visit a relatively small scale slaughterhouse that is run by Stefan Bles (guest at our Talk Meat debate) and his family.The focus of their company is on artisanal production and collaboration with producers in the region.We will leave Wageningen together around 9 am, and we’ll be back in town around 2pm.
